Goods are shipped from one of our warehouse in Stockholm, Los Angeles and Hong Kong depending on shipping destination.

First and last time ordering from this company I have been messed around and the customer service are not helpful at all! My order was delivered to a pick up location and not my address like requested I went to go pick it up after waiting weeks for my items to be delivered and it was an empty box! I contacted cs and they advised there is nothing they can do! I asked them to contact the pick up point and check cctv etc but quite clearly are not willing to help and now I have been left without something I have paid for! Would not recommend

Sound quality is fine, seems a little hollow at times.
Connection, on my pair at least, is always lost or choppy. Battery life is terrible. Case does not charge.

The power and feel of these are so great but it's kind of a bummer that the left pod of my pair drops audio repeatedly every 10 seconds or so. I tried juggling different devices, resetting, repairing, and all of that, but still the same problem sadly. I hope it was just me and they can be replaced because I really like the feel and sound of these otherwise.
