INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We work with a large panel of couriers (USPS, DHL, Fedex, Export Saver, and more) and different shipping options will be offered at checkout.
Goods are shipped from our warehouses in Hong Kong and Los Angeles depending on shipping destination.
EU & UK SHIPPING
We offer UPS Express Shipping with 2-5 business day transit time depending on location. Goods are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Once the order is placed, it usually takes 1 business day to leave our warehouse. Working days are currently defined as Monday to Friday (excluding local warehouse holidays).
Upon receiving your Order Shipped email confirmation and tracking number, you may notice your tracking number is ready for pickup and contains no transit record initially. Note that once your order has left the warehouse and is in transit to you, tracking details will become available at that time.
Please Note: sometimes inclement weather conditions delay shipments, including expedited shipping methods. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to weather and natural disasters
