We deliver our Happy Plugs to Europe and US for web orders! They are shipped from lovely Sweden, the Northern part of Europe or our US warehouse. Although we don't ship globally from here you can still find our products in stores Worldwide.
We offer fast and trackable shipping in Europe and US. Shipping cost may vary per country and your order maybe subject to: VAT, import duties and/or taxes.

After an order is placed, it can take 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse. Business days are currently defined as Monday – Friday. Please keep in mind; orders placed after 4pm HKT or on a weekend will begin processing the following business day.
Upon receiving your Order Shipped email confirmation and tracking number, you may notice your tracking number is ready for pickup and contains no transit record initially. Note that once your order has left the warehouse and is in transit to you, tracking details will become available at that time.

Before shipping the order, we require that the order is paid without delay and in full. Orders that are not paid will be cancelled. The payment options on our online store are via Klarna and PayPal who provide different forms of payment methods.
