Love these headphones, except for the touch controls. When I tap the right headphone my podcast pauses, and I can’t seem to get use to it.
Happy with the product.
One small remark would be that Air 1s came with Ultrathin Soft Silicone Ear Tips (anti-slip), which was quite handy.
The design is very nice overall.
I bought the ear buds cause I broke my old ones and needed a cheap new pair. I didn’t think I was gonna have them for long, but I actually ended up really liking them. A little more than a week ago I lost one of them in the snow and I honestly didn’t think I would ever be able to use it again, so when I couldn’t find it that day I gave up. But more than a WEEK later, my teacher found it outside. It was hella dirty but it still WORKED. I was so happy. Will definitely purchase again if I ever need to.

I bought two Happy Plugs headphones for my kids (ages 4 & 8) to use on a 9 hour flight. Pros - easy to sync, have a capped “high” volume, not too many buttons, comfortable for long wear (if needed), they are noise cancelling but my kids can still hear me when they wear them. Con - sometimes they don’t sync to same device right away. So I have to go into the settings and reconnect.
Overall, I highly recommend these headphones for your kids.
I've been using these Happy Plugs Joy earbuds daily when mountain trail running. Their really compact and lightweight plus the bright orange colour stands out perfectly if I need to find them. Good control and crisp sound quality. Unfortunately they started malfunctioning after a few months but their Customer Service is fast, efficient and friendly. They replaced them with no hassle. This would have earned them 5 stars however the downside is the slow, unprofessional DHL courier they used to deliver in Spain. On the whole I thoroughly recommend this product.

I understand the goal of sustainability, but I feel that the price, a charger cord should be included—or it should be an option upon ordering that would come at a different price point. I also wish this model, Joy, came with the little slip covers included with the older models—I was actually expecting them, which is why I went with Happy Plugs for a second purchase. I will say, though, that delivery is swift, design is sleek, and customer service is very helpful, efficient, and polite (Erika B. helped me within mere hours when I realized I’d used the wrong shipping address). I placed a new order almost immediately so I could gift a pair 😌
They we're really good but sadly i can't use mine anymore. I lost my case, probably fell out of my pocket on the bus or when i was going for a walk.
Really enjoyed them while i had them :)
Great headphones. My wife loves it but it came with no power supply. Had to buy a cord off of Amazon.
