We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that all costs for returns is yours. We don't refund gift cards after purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if it has any), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Can I return an item I've bought online if I don't like it?
If your item has been opened or used we follow the EU directives: Once an item purchased online is delivered, you have 14 days to decide whether or not to keep it. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to purchases of sealed goods that cannot be returned once unsealed.

5. We recommend obtaining a proof-of-postage (receipt) when returning parcel to us and keeping it as long as we have received the return. The returns will be usually processed within few working days after we have received the items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We have a two (2) year warranty from the original purchase date for products purchased in the online store (https://www.happyplugs.com). The warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
Happy Plugs does not take any responsibility for third party products, i.e., Happy Plugs will not reimburse any damage to devices used together with Happy Plugs products.
Please contact us by contacting us here including a description and picture of the defect as well as the receipt, retailer name and date of purchase. Happy Plugs will examine if the case is covered by warranty and offer an adequate compensation if necessary. Please include your complete contact information in the claim (postal address, phone number, etc.).
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
At the moment, the easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
